Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ServeStack collects, why, and what we do and do not do with it. ServeStack is a volunteer scheduling service operated by Reusser ("we", "us") for PrayerWorks Fort Wayne, the organization whose prayer schedule it runs.
This policy covers ServeStack and its text message program. The PrayerWorks Fort Wayne marketing website is covered separately, by the policy at https://prayerworksfw.com/privacy-policy/.
What we collect
We collect only what the scheduling service needs to function:
- Account details — your name and email address.
- Mobile number — if you choose to receive text notifications.
- Text message consent — if you turn text notifications on, the date you agreed and the version of the Messaging Terms you agreed to, so we have a record of the permission you gave us.
- Scheduling data — the shifts you are assigned to, your stated availability, substitute requests you make or accept, and your check-in records.
- Communication records — which notifications we sent you and whether delivery succeeded, so we can tell when a reminder did not reach you.
We do not collect payment information, and we do not track you across other websites.
How we use it
Your information is used to staff and run the prayer schedule: assigning shifts, sending reminders about shifts you signed up for, finding substitutes when someone cannot serve, and letting coordinators see who is scheduled.
Mobile information is never shared or sold
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile opt-in data and consent will never be shared or sold to third parties or lead generators under any circumstances.
Text messages are delivered through Twilio, our messaging provider, which processes your number solely to deliver messages we send. Twilio does not use your number for its own marketing.
Who can see your information
Coordinators and administrators of your organization can see your name, the shifts you are scheduled for, and your contact details, because that is what scheduling requires.
Other volunteers can see your name and shift assignments in the volunteer directory. Your phone number appears there only if you allow it — you control that from your profile, and it is off unless you turn it on.
Text messages
If you opt in to text notifications, see our Messaging Terms for message types, frequency, and how to stop them. You can turn text notifications off at any time from your volunteer profile or your notification settings, or by replying STOP to any message.
Keeping your information
We keep your account and scheduling history for as long as you have an active account with your organization. When your account is removed, your personal details are removed with it.
Your choices
- Update your name, email, and mobile number from your profile.
- Turn individual notification channels on or off from your notification settings.
- Control whether your phone number appears in the volunteer directory.
- Ask an administrator to remove your account.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. Material changes affecting text messaging will be communicated before they take effect.
